Some may say the video "A Power of 10,"by Bomi Lee is interesting, boring or weird. As I watched the video I could not help but think that I was being brain washed. After going out of the original image, a man sitting in a park, the image began to go outwards into space until eventually you can see our galaxy, which just seemed to be empty space. After they showed what the image looked like farther away they began to close up into the original image of the man. The video showed the inside of a human up until the atomical structure, from the video it seemed to look like just empty space. Does that sound familiar?
When the video focused on both extremes it seemed to look exactly the same. The whole universe around us seems to be in relation to everything we do. Once we look at the world ,and ourselves, from a larger perspective we notice that we, as individuals, are nothing compared to what we have around us. Lets suppose that for what ever reason you did not exist in our world, would that make a difference to the world, as a whole? Ask yourself that question every day. I can guarantee that every day you will live your life to the fullest and try to change that way of thinking.
I believe that the video is both educational and eye-opening. You realize that we are just one tiny object in this whole universe. Compared to the keyboard I am typing on or the computer screen I am looking at we are very similar. Both , the computer and I, are made of similar things. Once you look deep down into the pieces we are all made the same.
